Best aspects We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The location, in the middle of nature, was incredible. We could hear the river flowing right by our apartment, which was very comfortable. The hotel also had amazing pools where we could relax and enjoy the hot waters. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel had stunning surroundings in an amazing area near Pucon, with beautiful flowers and a hiking path. the pool area was well maintained and had man-made pools with thermal hot spring waters - with the restaurant located near the bottom pools. the cabins were nicely situated, on the banks of a stream providing a relaxing atmosphere.

The limited food choices at the restaurant left something to be desired.

Hot springs were nice and the views were beautiful. The cabins were set up for comfort and surrounded by forest trees. We liked the location close to the river and the well-maintained pools. The locker rooms and bathrooms were clean.

Our romantic escape was negatively impacted by the limited staff, providing long wait times in the restaurant with bland food. The menu was limited as well. Additionally, there was no explanation for the long wait times and there were no alternatives offered to compensate for the inconvenience. The price was also expensive, especially for the lack of quality service.

The natural hot springs were beautiful and relaxing, with varying temperatures to choose from. It was also great that they had a restaurant where we could grab a bite to eat, and the staff were friendly. Best aspects: the location of the springs was ideal, surrounded by beautiful scenery. the rooms were rustic but cozy, with a wood burning stove and gas fireplace. And the spa services were a nice touch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in an amazing area near Pucon. The staff here were incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. The location of this place was ideal, as it was far enough away from town to allow for a peaceful and relaxing stay, but still close enough for me to enjoy a delicious meal whenever I wanted. The hotel had excellent facilities, including great pools with perfect water temperature. I particularly enjoyed the massage areas, which provided the utmost comfort and relaxation. The highlight for me was the hot waters, which were incredibly hot and soothing. The hotel also had a river running through the property, providing a refreshing contrast to the warmth of the pools. Just a word of caution though, the rocks near the river can be quite slippery when going down.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
